Harvest Time, Moray Firth

Harvest time is a lovely time of the year. The smell of the freshly cut crops is so comforting. This was painted near to our house looking over the Moray Firth to Culloden and the Cairngorm mountains. I really enjoyed painting the texture of the patterns in the wheat field.
